Q. Rae Wellness has officially relaunched — what inspired this new chapter, and what does this relaunch represent for the brand?

A. This relaunch was inspired by our community, plain and simple. After serving more than 4.5 million customers, Rae experienced a period where retail operational challenges and a misalignment with a partner forced us to step back. While we were quiet, our community wasn’t. We received thousands of emails, messages, and notes from customers asking when we’d be back and sharing how much they missed Rae.

That outpouring made it clear this brand mattered and deserved a stronger foundation. We made the decision to reacquire and rebuild Rae from the ground up so we could return in a way that’s sustainable, aligned, and built for the long term. This relaunch represents a true reset: the same mission we started with, now supported by a business structure that allows us to deliver
on it consistently and responsibly.

Q. What’s new or different about Rae Wellness this time around?

A. What’s changed isn’t who we are, it’s how we’re built. We’ve strengthened our operations, rebuilt our supply chain, and ensured we have stable capital and aligned partners so we can reliably show up for our customers. We’re carrying deep inventory and prioritizing long-term company health over rapid growth.

Our core products and formulations remain the same. We heard loud and clear that customers wanted the products they trusted back, not reinvented. This relaunch is about doing things right behind the scenes so nothing gets compromised on the front end.

Q. How does this relaunch better support women in their real, everyday wellness journeys?
